Quick update. Tank is full and still on the first floor (Didn't crash through the floor!!!!). Have one leaking bulkhead in the overflow. I drained the overflow last night and just left the tank sit as it. Will fiddle with the bulkhead this evening and hopefully get it to seal.

Tank is filled and flowing without any leaks from the display, under the house, through the sump and back to the tank. Had one very minor leak on the effluent of the return - easy fix! Now will spend the next several days checking for leaks and making any modifications I need. I plan on rock scaping next weekend, then sand and saltwater hopefully in the week after that!

So all major pieces are here except I need to build the ATS. Got the UV, skimmer and manifold pump!

Curious, is that a TMC 110 UV? If so, looks a bit different than mine.

So I have an air bubble issue. The 650 is full of air bubbles. I also have a second 125 display on Th endgame system with no bubbles nor are there bubbles down in the sump. So there is a source of bubble somewhere in the dedicated plumbing to the 650. I guess today I will go back under the house and look at the plumbing. Does anyone have any other ideas???

Air is getting to the return pump. It can be due to plumbing angles, too much water rushing into the sump (flow controls come in handy in this case) or air from skimmer getting to return pump.
Are you using random flow generators? They tend to create micro bubbles

No on the rfg’s. I can’t imagine plumbing angles being the issue. There are five 90’s over 25 or so feet. As far as water flow too fast in the sump this is a real possibility. Should I just slow down the flow up to the display?

Slightly yes, Keep tweaking flow until it calms down or appears to stop
