My Firefish Is Acting Strange

Well it just may be the firefish's nature. I had the fish for two months. It is now making a whole inside of a cave. Why is this? There are a bunch of other such holes/crevices that the fish has used. Thanks all

I think this is normal. I have my tank next to my desk at work and the fire spends large portions of the day in his cave. He will come out and swim
But as soon as I move he darts back to his cave.

In my experience, this is super normal for firefish! They are sketchy lol. As long as it’s eating and breathing fine I wouldn’t worry!
