throughout high school I kept freshwater tanks and have been wanting to get into saltwater for a long time. Now that im out of high school and college I missed having a tank so I decided to make the jump and get my first saltwater tank. After some research I ended up going with the helloreef kit as it didn't break the bank and it had everything I need to get started. Ive had the tank cycling for a few days now and am excited to add livestock when it’s ready.

The helloreef kit is an excellent beginner kit. I always look at those tanks at ReefAPalooza. Do you know what livestock you are planning on putting in your tank?

I want to get a pair of clowns, a peppermint shrimp, cerith snails, trochus snails and an anemone of sorts not sure about that yet. Does this sound like it would do alright? Also if you have any advice or recommendations I would love to hear it.
