I also want to add my most recent wedding location.

I was hired to do a out of town wedding about 2-3 hours away, close to STL here in Missouri, I stayed at a small hotel, in Aracadia Missouri, that used to be a boarding school for the extremly rich back in the 1800's early 1900's. The hotel was on the grounds of the chapel that the wedding was being held at, so of course this is where I stayed! Little did I know the hotel was actully haunted and is said to be one of Missouris most haunted places. I havent made it through all of the pictures to see if I've captured anything, but wow this wedding was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! They planned it oh so well and nothing went wrong what so ever! Here is a shot of the gorgeous chapel!

This couple was also the one I did the Mercedes shoot with, the wedding theme was vintage and we created that using a OLD Mercedes that was for sale, did I debate buying it for myself, yes, did I get it, no :'(

Heres the Mercedes Shot!

I don't even know what to say. That is simply impressive. Photography must be your line of work with that quality, no? Mat's senior pic is really well done, perfect setting and background :) Please post more pics, it is very cool to see different landscapes, buildings and whatnot. Might have to hire you if the big day ever comes :) :)

Your pictures are really nice! I do not remember seeing the chapel picture, which is really sweet too!

Not trying to derail the thread, but that photo is actually mine. I asked him on a preference in terms of editing the image. So he took a screenshot of it, did some editing, and sent it back to me with some suggestions. I was just learning long exposure photography at the time, and was have some slight trouble with noise. The dilemma in this image was that I wanted the lighting a specific way and the short star trails to be visible with little to no noise. After about a solid hour of editing, applying multiple noise reduction techniques to the image, this is final product. I was not completely happy the final image, but it was my first go at an exposure longer than a minute or two. I now know of a few setting changes that would have simply fixed my noise problem, hahaha.

I will post more pictures for sure, Ill try and get a few more up tonight for you guys to see! Currently, this is what I've been doing, I enjoy it and its paying well, I work for the news paper, as well as for the news station as a photographer/journalist from time to time, its taking a lot to learn to write football articles since they cant be written in chronological order!

That is not my picture! lol, me and Kelby (KLR) share our work a lot asking for each others opinions, as he states in his post, he sent me the image with the request of helping him fix the noise problems, soon after we talked about it, we figured out how to change the settings in camera and fix the problem!

Thanks! My main focus with photography is keeping things "organic", as I call it. I try to avoid posing or anything likewise and instead try to capture the moment that has been naturally created. For this reason I have never really ventured far into the portrait side. I do enjoy some kinds of staged photography though, like high-speed photography. But by no means am I talking down to portrait photographers. I greatly respect their art too!

This is very offensive! lol, jk

I have done some nature photography, and I enjoy it. I may upload a few of my pictures and let people look at them, but I like working with people, the down side to this is that they talk back...a Tiger wont say anything if he looks to fat...the other, well, thats another story.
