what kind of damage? takes a lot to mess one of those up?.

The pressure switch connectors were shattered. box was trashed. in the 200 miles or something from BRS delivery must've kicked it around or something. Just saying if it took enough punishment to crush ABS the shock probably misaligned /bent something. I notified BRS and am going to try to install it... but any weird vibrations or excessive noise and I'm asking for an RMA...

I may as well have bought it from Amazon given how poorly it was packaged.

the reason I paid a premium with BRS is because I thought they gave a dang about how they packed stuff. guess I was wrong. There was packing material in the box; just none of it was around the product.

One of the reason I stopped buying from them. In the past year they have slacked on packing things properly. Guess they trying to pinch a penny. I would ask for a new one or return and get a refund. I would not accept a broken item.

It's the off season for Amazon. BRS probably picked up a couple of their old packagers.
