Was at the lfs yesterday hunting for zoas. Didn't find the color I wanted, but commented on a huge leather in their "display" tank. They told me they'd torn down an elderly customer's softy tank at his request, and he said he'd had it for about 7 years. Told them I didn't even wanna know how much a coral like that cost (it's about 7-8 in across). He replied with "$64.99"

So look what I got! (It's only been in the system about 24 hrs, so still a bit angry)

Nice find.

Lets see some updated photos please.

Sure! It's been an interesting ride with this guy. It's twisted around a few times with it's "foot" and placed itself in some very unfortunate spots. At one point it shifted over and tried to smother my acan.

Here it is now, sitting more flat on the sand bed, in what I hope is its final position:

Love it!
He may close up and shed after moving to a new home. Do not worry. You can also tuck these guys between rocks to get them to attach.
I had a white toadstool for over 11 years and it was huge! 16" across. Lost most of it in a tank move, but now have one of its frags growing. Cannot wait to see it get back to full size.
