Hey Reef 2 Reef,
Just recently I had a major power outage where my tank was without power and circulation for a while. After a few hours, I was able to get my generator running but my SPS seemed to have suffered. My Birdsnests were doing great but now not so much. Attached are some pictures I have no idea what to do is it too late for my poor guy? I see barely any polyps :(

If there's tissue and polyps left, then it will recover. May take some time.

The thing you have to watch out for is algae growing on dead areas and killing back live tissue. If that happens, you have to frag live stuff to save it.
