hummm, Agreed can't tee onto that drain. Is the bathroom sink on the other side of a wall ? Any other sink/drain on a wall ? if You have a water supply from the garden hose. perhaps the main drain leaving the house is there as well? That would be a lot of work & Your Lady wouldn't want You drilling too many hole thru the walls !

Im gonna have to get a plumber over here and take a look at everything... for the time being... Im just gonna work on getting this floor super clean and all these cracks in the cement sealed up from all the nails... what did you use to wash the floors really well

Going glossy black with flaky finish floor color and a blue or grey paint for the walls... walls will be later, but that combo looks super nice...

Up until 1 in the morning cleaning up all the paint and drywall on the concrete... That was a lot of work... LOL!!! I still have to patch all the cracks and chunks missing, caulk rhe baseboards, and etch rhe concrete... looks like I will seal concrete either Tuesday or Wednesday...

Im not trying to brag... Im just excited about this project... Not sure If you looked through my Red Sea build, but I have made many life changes recently and reefing has kept me pretty busy and out of trouble. My wife Is SOOOOO much more happier with this hobby than my past which usually consisted of booze or baggies... Something about reefing that calms me down and brings me down to earth. I have an awesome wife, she sees how much this is going to help me in my recovery. Thats when you know you have found an awesome wife; when she lets you take the largest guest bedroom in the house and turn it into a reefing room... hahahahaha!!

As a recovering addict I have replaced drugs then drinking with Reefing too, so I can understand the excitement! People who haven't been there may not be able to comprehend the drive it takes to replace it. I think about my tanks 24/7, always scheming the next move. I'll enjoy watching this project come together! And congrats on the life changes!

Ive got two Husky heavy duty work benches Im gonna use for frag stands and also a work station to frag and setup equipment... thinking of setting them up like this, but Im not sure... I originally wanted them to go on the other side of the room, but thats where the hose is and where I want to try and setup a wash station and mixing station...

Finished up patching up all cracks and huge dings in concrete... just got sanding them down and vacuuming up debris... gonna scrub acid etch on today and let sit... I will probably lay epoxy down friday night or saturday morning

i made a hole to outside and stuck a 1" pvc for drain at an angle im only using it for 1/4" lines for awc
Im gonna silicone underneath the baseboards and then epoxy the floor and baseboards... would like to put a mixing station and wash basin, but no idea where I would pu a drain... the shower is directly behind in the closet area...
