Nano tank return pump

I have an aquapod 24 gallon and want to replace the return pump. Looking at Maxi jet, but what size? The 400 has 110 GPH powerhead flowrate and 500 GPH circulation flowrate and the 600 has a 150 GPH powerhead flowrate and a 750 GPH circulation flow rate. Any thoughts on what would be too much or too little? I have a flowdeflector on the return, but dont want to blast my corals.

I'd be looking for something in the 240 gph range for a return pump and then augment flow with a powerhead.
