Been looking into these guys for aggression in a tank. Seems everybody is discussing their aggression in tanks with other wrasses. What are these guys like in aquariums where they are the only wrasse?
Other fish will be dartfish (x4), flameback angel, and tomini tang.
thoughts?

Should be fine with other fish. Mine never bothered anything in the tank. Also one of my favorite looking wrasse.

They are beautiful wrasse. I love mine. I have 22 wrasses in my 320 gal and they are fine. Smaller tank and lower number of wrasse they may be a problem.

Ultra fast and one of the most difficult wrasse to get a good picture of him.

My Naoko bullies pretty much every fish in the tank. He does save the most savage bullying for the other wrasses though.

Here is my fish list in a 320. Naoko is doing fine, all my fish are doing fine and none get and significant injury. All eating well and fat.
This list just got updated last night.

I recently got one. I lut him into the tank. Saw him the first couple of days. Then he would dissappear and pop up. Now i dont see him anymore. Everybody else is there getting along.

My Naoko bullies pretty much every fish in the tank. He does save the most savage bullying for the other wrasses though.
My guy is a beauty. Mid level in the hierarchy of wrasses. I wish I can get better pictures of him.
