Naso Tang Ich?

I had a nasty Ich outbreak and lost almost all my fish. The one fish that stood out upon inspection of its dead body was this Naso Tang. At first it had the usual white spots, cloudy eyes and was actually getting better, eating some. The final 2 days it hid behind the rock, refusing to eat. I found its body and was shocked at what it looked like. Its almost as if its skin had been removed. None of the other fish that died looked like this. Here is the pictures:

Is this typical of Ich in severe cases?
