Nassarius Snail? Or imposter?

I’ve seen this snail cruising around before and just assumed it was an oddly colored nassarius snail, but then I realized it had some other differences too, like the shape of the shell? I’m no expert, but you guys are! What snail do I have? I isolated it in case he’s a bad guy.

Does he hide in the sand or stay above usually? Not always, but typically the good ones good in the sand, the bad ones don't.

Might be Nassarius arcularia?
If so, from what I'm finding it may be predatory and would be better off rehomed or banished to the sump.

And I have a bizarre shrimp and snail mortality issue that I was blaming on my sixline wrasse. You’re telling me a SNAIL could be the murderer?

It’s cool looking, I almost feel bad to get rid of it.
