Hi guys, so I'm not too tech savvy and I'm trying to set up my apex gold. I have been following all the instructions on the Neptune Web page. However, as soon as I plug in the eb8, to the apex base, the status light starts flashing orange. I also have a flashing orange light on the base itself and the PM2. I know I should have a solid green light. the display also turns on but the screen doesn't show anything. It's just a blue screen.

Not sure if anyone has had this issue before. I contacted Neptune and am waiting to hear back. suggestions would be great. Thanks

If the base is blinking orange LED and you are new to APEX then it is better to wait for Neptune to get back with you. There are a few people posting your exact problem, but it is not easy to overcome unless you are a bit computer savvy...

It would be nice to hear how you have done with your issues. Neptune must have gotten back and fixed your trouble. Thanks
