Need help installing presets onto ai prime hd please

Ya i tired all of that, went into google drive even renamed it, then open with clicked myAi app, it said it saves but when I click on my presets its not there

That,s no good! Maybe a device specific issue? Do you have another device you can use or try the web page?

ohh out of my wheelhouse (I'm just getting back in). I found AI is really responsive. You might want to give them a shout.

Did you get an answer on loading presets on the AI Prime HD? I am now trying to do the same thing.

same issue- i just got it to work. on Iphone, iclould FILES app doesnt have an 'open with' option. So I copied the preset file over to Google Drive that DOES have an 'open with' option; you select the myAI app- and it auto saves the preset!

I’m having the same issue on the presets. I’m able to go to aqua illumination site and the signature series, then to one of the many presets availabl. Problem is that when I click the download button, it goes to another web page and my download files are empty. This is on my iPhone 12

What browser are you using? I just did a test and was able to download Stuarts signature preset on my Iphone SE (yup, that old one), through Safari.

Thank you for thr reply! Can you share what file browser app you used?

When I tried to add the light to my AI account on my desktop I get this screen even though the light is connected in the AI app on my Samsung :confused:

did you ever find out how to fix. it? I have the same exact problem, its not showing in the web browser but is connected to the app, mine is only bluetooth, can you load presets?

I know this is an old thread, but to anyone trying to do this.

Download the Preset you want to use, upload it to your google drive on your pc.
Open your phone, open google drive on your phone, find the file, there will be 3 dots on the side, click that, then click "open in" click AI prime program, go into AI prime, click on the star, select present, then click on the preset you downloaded, done.
