Is this a bristle worm or a fire worm

i just stick my tongue on it and if it hurts the rest of the day than its a bristle worm

They appear to be Pineapple Sponges and are harmless and some think beneficial to the tank.

I second pineapple sponges, and I'm reasonably sure sponges are beneficial as long as they don't overgrow corals.

I had those before. They're really good for your tank. They're pineapple sponges. They actually get like everything like your nutrance levels at a good place. They come when you kind of like first started your tank but they're beneficial. No worries
