They appear to be Pineapple Sponges and are harmless and some think beneficial to the tank.

I had those before. They're really good for your tank. They're pineapple sponges. They actually get like everything like your nutrance levels at a good place. They come when you kind of like first started your tank but they're beneficial. No worries
