I think I have a bad outbreak of GHA that will not go away. I read a bunch of other threads but need help!

1. I have a little white dots floating and then sticking to all parts of the tanks. Are these the spores of GHA?
2. I have used Flux RX for 14 days and no luck. Flux RX says to expect an increase in nitrates/phosphates but mine are low.
3. Should I add Flux RX again?
4. Should I also dose the tank with hydrogen peroxide?
5. I have a COC but I would need an army to win this war.

Any help appreciated!

Need more details on the tank, but generally relying on chemicals is not the way. You have to figure out the cause of the algae and then correct it.

Picture attached. My wife told me to just scrape it off! I am not sure of the original cause but I made it worse. My aquascaping extended to top of tank and my light was growing more of it. I have since removed those rocks. I have astrea and turbosnails.

That doesn't look like GHA to my eyes but can't be certain - your wife is right though - scrape it off but while you're doing it hold a siphon next to the scraper so you're sucking it all out. If you're worried about wasting water, you can put the outlet of the siphon into a filter sock in your sump.

After it's all out you can address the nutrient imbalance. I'd try and direct more flow at the back wall there and see if that helps in the meantime.
