Need help with gate valve - diameter slightly to large

So I bought a "2" gate valve from Amazon hoping to get all my plumbing white. Problem is it has a opening of 63mm (2.48inch) and my pipe of course is 2.375 inch OD. Any thoughts on how I can get this to fit. I didnt think to do the conversion to make sure my pipe would fit I just assumed a 2" pipe would fit into a 2" labeled gate valve. Not even sure what pipe this thing is made for...

Edit, just checked and I guess this is for UPVC so now I need to find a PVC to UPVC adapter (if they even exist)

guess I should have read the notes, its in metric and not compatible with sch 40& 80. Dangit
