Need help with ID and proper placement and flow

I recently purchased this coral and don't know what type of Sps it is. In addition, looking for info regarding proper placement and flow. I run two 250w MH and 4 T-5 for lighting.

Dying, dead, or bleached acro. Put it in low flow and low light for a couple of weeks to see if it makes it

Dang. It still has some color to it and I did gradually move if up slowly. It's now back on the sand bed. Thank you. Do you know what kind of coral this is?

Recently as in? It looks a pale yellow or going to start bleaching, to me. But I am no SPS expert.

That looks like a skeleton to me. When you purchased it, did it have polyp extension? Was it yellowish like that?

Could be paling, typically they like higher light/flow but if moved up to high light too quickly it could bleach

It's either the famous LE Fridays Night Ghost Selago or Calcium reactor food ;)
More like a goner to me, sorry.
In some rare cases they can bounch back but again they are rare.
You have any water test results for us?

When I got it I only saw a few polyps. Started on the sand bed and moved it up slowly. Have had it about 2 months or so. It's still has some color and isn't completely white/bleached. I've moved it back down to the sand bed in the hopes that it will pull thru. I'm new to Sps so all the help I can get is appreciated.
