Need help with id of neon green creature.

As title says I have seen something that has neon green polyps possibly a worm or anemone any help is appreciated.

I know its not a great pic but its the best i can do the green death palys in the pic are only about 1/4" or less in diameter.

Lets see if this is better if not i apologize as i suck at taking pics with my phone and dont have an actual camera. Especially as this is so small. It has about 20 polyps/tentacles.
