Need help with ORP probe

I posted a thread on the equipment forum, but didn't get a response so going to post something here.

If you have ever calibrated an ORP probe on a reefkeeper lite can you let me know? I am having trouble getting it to work with a SLX, but I am sure the procedure with other modules will be about the same. I got in touch with BRS since it is a BRS probe and they told me it sounded like a module issue and to get in touch with Digital Aquatics. Since they are on the west coast I am waiting until a little later to give them a call.

I call Digital Aquatics and it turns out that when I updated the firmware the 0000 calibration got wiped out. They are going to send me a new SLX. These guys are friendly much much better than the group I tried to deal with in 2010.
