Need help with par issue

Im having some par issues in my tank where the par is as low as 34 at the bottom and the highest at 150 closest to the light. My lights are 10inches from the water and running at 42%. What can i do to have my lights output 100 at the sand and 300 closest to the light? Thank you

Im running 3 xr15 gen 4 pro's aswell

Lower your lights, increase the intensity and minimize nutrients and dissolved organic known as gelbstoff.
