Need help with Red Sea ReefLED 50

Hey yall. I have been running my reefled 50 for a few months now. Well today it went on the fritz. I reached out to technical support but that may take awhile. I made sure I have all the firmware updates and all is well. So onto the issue. Everytime I go into my menu it just shows that my led is syncing. It wont let me load any light programs. It says "led does not run any program". No matter what I do I cant seem to fix it. I have reset to factory, unplug power, delete aquarium. I mean I have tried everything. Has anyone run into this issue? I will post some screen shots.

I saw similar last night with my 90 I just force restarted the app.

I think it was a firmware update.
