NEED Help with the Nicrew 100W & Controller! PLEASE

Hey Guys, I know there's been some posts / topics on this subject. However, I've yet to find a definitive answer... I have a 100W Nicrew light with the Nicrew controller, on my 10 gallon Waterbox Nano AIO. Can someone please tell me, explain to me like, LIKE I'M 3 Years old, how the heck we set a proper programmed light schedule? I always end up with my lights turning on in the middle of the night. And my god would it ever be nice to just have an automated light schedule. Someone please shed some knowledge wisdom upon me, because this manually changing the lights ever day has been driving me up a wall LOL!
