Need help

So I have a 125 gallon reef/fish aquarium and I’m in urgent need of help for the past month and a half my tank has been stuck in its nitrite to nitrate stage and I haven’t got a clue on what else to do I have tried everything it seem and nothing is working if u have any questions regarding my equipment or what I have tried plz feel free to ask

Are you specifically concerned about the level of nitrite? If so, I wouldn't worry about it, nitrite isn't toxic, and most here on R2R don't test for it. Your results may be test kit error as well. If the tank and fish are doing well, I wouldn't bother with nitrite testing

Nitrite as mentioned is harmless and Nitrate will kill fish unless its ridiculous high....

In my experience, when corals are good, and fish are dead, points to disease.

I have lost 5 fish in last couple weeks

As mentioned, this is sounding more like disease; nitrite or nitrate can't kill fish in typical aquarium concentrations.

Did you notice anything unusual, like rapid breathing, spots, not feeding, etc.? How long has the tank been running?

Post water parameters and do you have a uv light? Did the fish exhibit any weird behavior? Sores or blisters? Ammonia can kill fish very quickly.

Nitrites have been stuck 1-3 nitrites been high like 40-80

I have Uv in 1 of my canister filters nitrites 1-3, nitrates 30-80, ammonia 0, calcium been low 300-320 pH 8.0-8.1 mag 1275 salinity 0.025

If you have a picture, that would help. Also, tank details, test results, fish info etc. All info helps.

I have been treating for ich been using polylab ich treatment I did notice some spots but the dish that died was clear feeding and swimming next day gone had 90 gallon for over 8 yrs and just set this tank up 2 months

Do you have any powerheads in your tank pointed at the surface to provide enough oxygen exchange? Do you notice any signs of disease, like heavy breathing, not feeding, swimming against the current, etc.?

You can record a 30s video of the remaining fish under white bright lights and post it to our fish disease forum for the medics to take a look.

I have 2 jebao sow8 at top and 2 nano circulating from back n bottom yes I noticed them scratching and hanging near wave makers but the 2 tangs also stress fast n bad fox face n hippo swimming great eating very good good breathing
