I need help figuring out what those white stringy is?

Does is move at all? When you turn off all flow, does it move around, or does it not move at all? What kind of snails do you have, if any?

seem like it doesn’t move at all when I turned off the flow. I got some Assorted Hermits, Nerites, Florida Ceriths, Nassarius and Dwarf Ceriths.

Then my guess would be like everyone else, it’s just snail trail lol, most likely from the nassarius snails. Their slime is sticky as hell and since they live in the sand, it gets rolled up and stuck to the glass when they are on the search for food.
 
Cerith snail eggs they'll break down after hatching I normally scrape whats left off the glass after they hatch. Never have had any make it to adulthood though.
