Help. Seen these on my corals. Not site if bad but my welso and fungia are passed of for last two months .and won't inflate

That looks like a copepod. Is there some sort of film on that coral, maybe cyanobacteria? That would not be good!
 
I have a ton of cope pods and amphipods .so I know it's not either these are very round and very small and fast I need to try for better pictures
