Need Lighting Suggestions for Cadlights Tanks (12g, 22g)

I found a couple of Cadlight tanks to hold my coral and fish while I build my new set up. I have both a 22g (23.75 X 14.25 x 14.25) and a 12g (15 x 15 x 13).

I am looking for affordable lighting suggestions for both set ups. I am keeping fish, LPS and zoas...no SPS.

I am mostly looking for something affordable...I would love an LED unit but it seems like the reviews on the cheaper ones suggest they couldn't sustain corals??
A clip on option seems best but I have never shopped for one and am not sure which ones are worth it.

Would a Par30 or Par38 light either one of these tanks? If so, what optics? ( I know nothing about LED)
