Neptune Apex Connection Help!

I just changed ISP today so I’m trying to connect my apex to my new wifi and I found a problem that no other posts are able to answer. I held the reset button for 6 seconds until the apex logo turned blue. I then go into wifi and try to connect to the ApexSetup wifi. No matter what device I try using, I keep getting a pop-up saying that my device is unable to connect to the network. Any ideas on troubleshooting??

Yes, the new router I have does support both channels! However I can’t even get to the stage of entering in my new wifi because I can’t connect directly to my apex.

Name your new wifi network the same as the old one with the same password. Then unplug the Apex and replug it in. Or…

Gotcha. I didn’t understand that’s where it was hanging up. If you can see the apexwifi on you phone/or whatever but can’t connect to it, I’m no help. Only thing I’d try is disconnecting power to the apex, powering it back up, hold the button and try again

I deleted all my code and retyped it in line by line. It worked and haven’t had any issues since.
