Neptune apex timer need help

Hello everyone, I’m trying to set on a alarm on my Apex for the skimmer and my UV light I want it to turn off at 10 PM and turn back on at 2 AM. I have the configuration as followed.

Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Time 22:00 to 2:00 then off

Please lmk

If I select OFF on the set it won’t turn on and if I switch the then off to then on it will not turn on so it’s notifying me that there is no timer activated

For mine for whatever reason i has to have the on time to for example
Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Time 22:00 to 1:59 then off
If Time 2:00 to 21:59 then on
