Not a dinner, no. But a lunch or maybe breakfast. LOLNot in todays worlds. LOL
No I get it, I just find it easier to snap on a new head for the price.

I disagree. I’ve had 3 dos units for about 2 years now 2 of them I use for daily awc and both of these units Multiple times I’ve had to replace heads on them not for the hose or the rollers but for the actual orange head tabs break and then the head starts to dance while in use making lots of click noises and eventually slicing the hose. If I put new hose on within 2-3 days hose is sliced again from head dancing left and right while pumping. Only fix for this is replacing the entire head. I’ve done it 4-5x on my 3 unitsThe housing doesn't go bad, it's the roller assembly and hose. Roller assembly is $10. I forget what I paid for the hose. I think it was 5ft for $20? That will last me longer than the whole unit I suspect. The only other thing needed is small zip ties which are extremely cheap. This can be rebuilt and in about 10 minutes.
Good to note, thanks. It's only been about a year with the dos and awc and I have had them apart for other issues. Never would have thought the housing would break by itself.I disagree. Well for $70 you can replace both heads.
For my $70 and 10 minutes, I will replace both heads and take my wife out for a nice lunch. ;)

Thanks for the pictures, I think this is a good option for rebuilding. I want to have a spare set of heads ready to exchange and don't mind rebuilding the old ones as long as the housings are still good. I don't have an issue with the price of the complete replacement heads, but I always feel better about throwing away less plastic.
Now that you mention it, thats not a bad idea at all. I have 2 old pairs that the housing are fine on. Just need to replace the rollers and tubes. Thanks for the pictures, I think this is a good option for rebuilding.
