Neptune PMUP-T v2 with Power Supply

Looking at Neptune PMUP-T v2 with Power Supply. I'm finding conflicting information whether I need I need any additional Apex units or a 1Link module or Energy Bar 832 with available DC24 accessory port to use this. Does anyone use this standalone?

It requires at least the Apex, yes.
