I have searched high and low for the USB splitter to add another light to my Apex system.
I have three and need to add one more.
I have tried BRS TSA and our local store.
Seems no one stocks it.
I reached out to Neptune Support, that responded with a question to Mt request of where I would purchase one with "how old are my lights, where did I buy them and what are the serial numbers.
I have also tried purchasing on Amazon but the ones so far probably do not carry enough voltage, at least that is what I believe is happening. Cananyone provide a source or a link to

What issues do you have when you use a USB splitter off Amazon? - And is it USB 2.0 compatible the ones you try with?

Neptunes "Aquabus" cables are simply USB 2.0 cables, however the cable cannot contain any signal repeater/booster device. The repeaters operate on 5 volts, but AquaBus sends 12 volts through the cable, so the repeaters are not compatible.

Any USB 2.0 cable with out a repeater - Y-split or not should work for you.

So none of my lights came in a box. I actually purchased them at the close of Aquashella Orlando 2022 directly from Neptune.
It was their display set up.
I got a great deal but recieved only what was being used, 3 lights, power supplies, and one USB y.
I recently picked up a 4th light however that guy didn't have the cable y either.
Perhaps the USB I purchased had that 5 volt chip.
When I connected the new light to the Apex with the Amazon splitter neither light worked.
Each light works independently.
I have a new USB y received today.
I will connect it and see how it goes tomorrow.
