Has anyone run into an issue where you opened a ticket with Neptune, get a response, but then there is no follow up after you get them what they requested?
I tried opening a second ticket to ask about the status of the first ticket and that hasn't seemed to work.
Having a heck of a time getting my Trident NP to calibrate and really need an answer on next steps.
