Neptune Systems Terrible Customer Service

If you are looking to purchase a trident or any Neptune systems product I would HIGHLY encourage you to look for a different company. Their customer service is complete **** and it’s near impossible to get someone on the phone. It took me a week of back and forth for them to send me a link to be able to order a replacement trident while I send mine to them for repair. That was a WEEK ago and my replacement trident hasn’t even shipped yet!

I’m completely over this company and you should look elsewhere if you want good customer service….
