Neptune WAV patten

I have a Neptune WAV and I'm looking for ideas and setting for the system and best flow options.
Currently I am running it the way shown in the pictures, I guess there is a way to set how many gallons your aquarium is and then tell the apex to turn over the tank X number of times, I have not seen this option.

Pass by me since I do not deploy their WAV systems. However, what did Mr. Wizard say (and not the Mr. Wizard Dr. Strange from MCU)?

Side note - is there a reason why the have odd names for their pre-built patterns or are those your custom labels? Reef crest, tidal swell, nutrient transport seem so much more meaningful.
