So I finally have growth, color and a healthy tank. Been fighting for a while during my change over from regular 2 part to triton. Well over the last few months things have settled and My numbers are pretty good.

as of today (and the last few weeks)
KH 8
Ca 470
MG 1380

So my Elementz are about to be used up and I have Core 7 sitting here.

My Tank is 130g + about 30 in the sump. Subtract rock, sand, coral, macro blah, blah, blah

my current dosage is only 21ml per day with Elementz, which theoretically makes the conversion math easy. 21/7= 3ml of Core 7.

What makes me nervous is the recommended 2 ml per 26.4g. So basically I would be dosing what is recommended for roughly a 40g tank.

I know the water volume doesn't really matter more on the consumption of the coral, but I guess my question is to those that did a CHANGE OVER from Elementz to Core 7.

How did it go?
Was the dosage mathematically equal to your Elementz or was it lees/more?

I was in the same boat as you so I decided to dilute the core7 like the base elementz. So far everything is fine and I'm dosing a lot less material so I'm happy at the moment.

As mentioned just divide your current dose by 7 and monitor the KH closely for the first few days....

The 2ml is for a new start not when you are changing over.
