I just setup this Reactor and its leaking from the screws on top. I took the chambers off and reseated them and it still leaks from those fittings. What can be the cause of this? All of the hoses were cut cleanly.

Leaked a bit when I first got it and I found that the O ring was not seated properly. Did you check that carefully when you threaded on the canisters? I don't know why it would leak from the screws unless the canister wasn't seated correctly and it was forcing the water upward

I just sent an email to BRS. I'll let you know what they say.

It is leaking from the screws on top, I dont think that has to do with the o-ring.

The hoses were cut cleanly? ? ?I don' think those nylon screws that hold the canisters to the wall Bracket penetrate into the wet area of the canister

Here we go. Found the issue. The hole looks like it was drilled to deep from the factory. So the Nylon screws to penetrate the main chamber

Good catch, and definitely sorry about that! We'll absolutely take care of that for you if we haven't already. If you have reached out to our customer service, they should get that replaced no problem.

BRS sent out a new Reactor. They were sold out but called the distributor to send it to me. I should have it by the weekend.
