Did a little clean up in hulks Life support system room. Got the trident hooked up made a little shelf with a little hulk green. Next is calcium reactor install time.

Isn’t the Paxbellum arid c36 sexy ! The Arid is atmospherically isolated and dependent on CO2 in the water respired by organisms or from the excess from a Ca reactor effluent. If CO2 is very low the chaeto can take up inorganic carbon by using bicarbonate. Scrubbers are not atmospherically isolated and have unlimited CO2 which can lead to excess organics that can in turn throw off the bacterial population in the system and lead to excess denitrification by anaerobic bacteria. I theorize the “efficiency” of a scrubber is more a result of the sugars it leaks into the water column that feeds bacteria carbon allow higher N and P uptake than the nutrients the microalgae accumulates in its biomass for export. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Follow us on YouTube • instagram• Facebook. twitter for all the updates

Doing the last step to re-calibrate the trident after they say to run it for 48 hours. Says it will take up to 40-70 mins to complete.
