New "agae" in tank?

Can someone advise me what this white algae looking substance is and should I be concerned? Tank is about 7 weeks in.

Possibly dinoflagellates or cyano?

Slimey or fuzzy?

If slimey I would point to bacteria and ask if you are carbon dosing (adding vinegar, vodka, sugar etc).
