New apex is junk

I like my Apex, I tried a (ceb) I refuse to spell the full name of that boat anchor. Anyway Apex has great support. I had a few issues when I started with it. However once I learned the basics of the system it was smooth sailing. Just remember a controller is a nice backup to make your tank keeping life easier. However you still need to check and maintain your equipment.

I'm going to trouble shoot the issue see if I can rip it out of my router and start again.

I would contact neptune techs they are very helpful at troubleshooting

I Have the new apex got it about 5 days ago and have had no problems with the WIFI. When I turn pumps on and off from my phone its a 1 second delay maybe and have yet seen it loose WIFI. Hopefully the new system will fix your problem because this system is wonderful.
