New Apex3 flashing orange

So I just bought a brand new Apex a3 and I'm in the process of setting it up, but all I'm getting is flashing orange lights. The light hasn't turned blue. I tried reseting it and it wont even reset. Any suggestions on how to fix this

Its also just flashing back and forth from orange to blue

You ever get this fixed? I'm having the same issue
