No lights on it. It's in a tank with a much bigger yellow tang, but now I separated both sides. I got some API melafix and methylene blueWell dang ok. Is the fish eating?

The fin white spot looks like it could be lymphocytosis... viral infection that clears up on its own after stress reduced, good water conditions, and healthy foods.
Im having a hard time seeing the spot in front of the eye right now on my phone! Can you get better pics of that area?
Dimple is there. It's a black dot that sticks outHere's a good thread on HLLE. It can occur from poor conditions. It seems like this tang originally came from some poor conditions prior to its new home.

Any areas on the body showing problems? The one picture looks like some "dimple-like" areas...not sure if that's distortions in the picture though.
