When I got her, she had a missing too fin with that white spot on it. Now she has a black dot, and red near her. Eyes going toward her mouth.

Ammonia is zero. 1.021 today is day three with TTM taking place tonight at 8 pm EST.

Yellow Tang and wrasse look fine.

Well dang ok. Is the fish eating?

Do You have the lights on in the tank?

what medications do you have on hand?
No lights on it. It's in a tank with a much bigger yellow tang, but now I separated both sides. I got some API melafix and methylene blue

The fin white spot looks like it could be lymphocytosis... viral infection that clears up on its own after stress reduced, good water conditions, and healthy foods.

Im having a hard time seeing the spot in front of the eye right now on my phone! Can you get better pics of that area?

The spot towards the eye looks like bacterial or HLLE.

I agree with @Idoc.

Here's a good thread on HLLE. It can occur from poor conditions. It seems like this tang originally came from some poor conditions prior to its new home.

Any areas on the body showing problems? The one picture looks like some "dimple-like" areas...not sure if that's distortions in the picture though.

I was thinking lymphocystis on the fin and HLLE around the eye, as well.
Both treated by improved conditions and time.

Dimple is there. It's a black dot that sticks out
