When it becomes relaxed and happy you'll see the lighter colors. It just seemed very dark red to me, I know the photo doesn’t show the color well but I thought most rose nems were pinkish and this looks a lot darker red to me so I wasn’t actually sure
Hoping it pulls through. The base of it seemed grey instead of white like my RBTA and the mouth on it was open when I first got it in the tankWhen it becomes relaxed and happy you'll see the lighter colors.
I suggest turning off any flow that is directed at it and also trying to darken your tank, maybe even feeding it directly.Hoping it pulls through. The base of it seemed grey instead of white like my RBTA and the mouth on it was open when I first got it in the tank
Seeing the mouth isn't always good, just means he's looking for food. Might be a good time to squirt a tad bit of food his way.Yea can’t see his mouth now as I put him in the clay pot to keep some of the flow off of him
I've never acclimated one in a pot so good luck. Interested to see how it goes.I got him for $60 and he’s quite large so I’m excited
Same but I had to go somewhere and didn’t want to leave my powerheads off but I didn’t want him flying all of the place so I plopped him and came back to him opening up but the head is too big for the opening so it’s spilling out but it looks really cool tbhI've never acclimated one in a pot so good luck. Yea this one’s weird at first I thought it was a black widowLook like a rose to me. But honestly, all the fancy named varieties and even the rainbows are just variations of a rose, they were just slightly unique individuals or regional varieties that were then propagated. And a lot of the way an anemone will look depends on lighting.
