New clownfish

I have a new 220 gallon tank I am cycling I added dr Tim’s live nitrifying bacteria and added some clowns within 24hrs after having these clowns about 3 days in I noticed two had bumps on had it on it’s fun the other on its chin. Per my LFS advice I have been treating with melafix and pimafix. I’m on day five and the fish that had it on it’s fin is fine and the bump is gone.the one that had it on it’s chin has gotten substantially bigger please help!!!

Kinda hard to tell from the photo. Is the bump white-ish cotton/cauliflower like?

Update the fish started looking way worse this morning. The cyst came off and it looked like something ate it’s Gill it had part of it missing. I also noticed the top of the fish started turning a dark color.I moved the fish to a QT tank with I bought this morning and set up. The fish unfortunately just passed. At the end it looked like he had almost been dipped in a powder.

Ok how do I treat a tank with velvet that has inverts. I have 3 emerald crabs bumble bee snails and red leg hermits .

DT needs to go fallow for 6 weeks. Inverts and corals are OK. Feed as normal.
