So I was perusing dollar tree this evening and found this rack. I didn’t buy it as I wasn’t after that but think it would probably work quite well. It’s just round instead of square.

Only downside is the bottom is solid so we’d only be able to use the top

Looks like it might tip over or float away in the current without some kind of anchor, but you could probably DIY something and make it work?

Hmm perhaps some coral putty around the legs to weigh it down?

I have one of these. They aren’t very sturdy. Mine is actually holding paint brushes lol. On the plus side it makes a racket when the dog brushes by it and scares the bejeezus out of her.
