anyone knows how to take out and clean the blades in the new style gyre

Yes. It seems like they are not meant to be taken apart at first. But by pulling the endcap out and back, the frame will bend far enough to allow the entire motor and impeller assembly to be removed. After that you can just slide the cages and impellers apart. I've done it a few times now trying to diagnose problems with some units.
 
But my experience with an ALW-30 is that the power still goes op to 100% even though you set it to 30% max on the app.

But only in random Mode.
On the other modes, there’s no issue
I ordered 2 DLW -10, and I find the max power indeed can be reduced on Random mode.
So it looks like they fixed it :)
