Any suggestion where to ship for corals that are fairly priced would be awsome

Welcome to R2R! Check out the market place here for user selling corals or the vendor marketplace for shops selling corals. Always some great deals to be found there

Welcome...

If you're willing to drive (not too far), there are a couple/few coral shops in Temecula.
*not sure about Menifee area

I like Deep Sea Creations in Temecula.
Their selection varies but usually have a good range from cheap to more expensive, depending on what you're looking for.

Check out Ocean Aquatics in Redlands. Or you could head out to Reefapalooza in Anaheim at the end of this month.

And I'm not trying to be the tang police here, but 4 tangs in a 60 gallon likely won't turn out well.

This tank is new and I would personally halt with any stocking of additional fish and the Sailfin grows at a fast rate and will hit easy 8" in size- tank too small for this fish and you mentioned adding sohal (very nasty and easy 10", and powder brown (prone to ich, has a poor temperament and will get to 6"- I would Not add these
