Hope all is well Scott. Update on the tank, how are things doing?

How is the Neptune Unicorn now that you been running it for awhile. I'm still considering getting one, but I'm on the fence.

Amazing set up. That's all some serious cash lol....

Question: I have read that a QT tank can't be within 10ft of your DT or open water like top offs. I see you have a lid on the QT tank, how has this worked? Do you think ICH or other diseases can transfer to the DT?

it works fine, i dont buy into the 10ft rule especially if it is covered and you dont have excess topwater aeration

it is going well, the trident works great and is very steady and for the most part precise so i would recommend it. i would say it is not 100% needed but it tests so i dont have too as much and i am all about that, now i only test every week or two just to make sure things are not going haywire

Yea, i need to get some pics and data going, life has been real busy as i started a new business and many other things but i really need to add pics and data.

I have been horrible and neglected my duty of updating this and for that back, i really have had my tank on autopilot but yes everything is going well, I had an outbreak of algae but i think that was due to overfeeding and not changing the RO filters properly.
I will upload some pictures tonight or tomorrow
