Roof is complete...7 guys and 6 hours later it was done. Could not believe how fast they worked. Stucco has started and said to be complete Thursday. Electrician should be done Thursday as well. It is moving right along!!

All the aquabus cables are ran for apex. Fresh and salt water ro tubing ran from garage to fish room. I have two dedicated 20 amp circuits with a total of 12 outlets ran. I just need to run vents and I should be done!

New apex came in. I’ll have an eb4 in garage with a pm2 module for keep an eye on salinity in salt mixing tank. My system is going to be a fully automated system. With the eb4 being in garage I’m going to have it set to do auto water changes. I’ll be using DOS for that. 8800 pumps used for ATO. All on floats controlled by apex.

Your new home is beautiful! I can't wait to see all the updates coming in 2019!

Thank you! Ya once we can unpack the storage unit and I can access my acrylic I can get started one the sumps and ato tank. I have the digital drawings done for my friend with a laser to cut out everything. I believe that’s the last big thing that needs to be built. I’m in the process now of taking off the paint from back glass of tank to be able to see from both sides. Not fun and tedious work but will be worth it in the end. Right now the front and sides are low iron glass so back won’t be quite as vibrant, but the majority of viewing will be done from front. More than likely in a few years I’ll have a new tank built with all sides low iron and go a little bigger....tee hee!

Ok so it has been a while but a lot was done. I got the 2” vent installed, 3/4” vent for skimmer intake installed, and the 3/4” line to garage for water via pan world pump. Also all the interior insulation is done. Drywall was delivered and should started tomorrow! Finally the septic was installed.

So drywall is up but I have a big problem....the aquabus cables were all cut or nicked when cutting the out the outlet boxes. Oh well I found a local shop that has cables and will be making a trip tomorrow and installing the new ones before they tape and mud the walls. The builder did contact the drywall guy and he said he would pay for the replacement cables as it will amount to $100.

I want to give a huge shout out to top shelf aquatics @TopShelfAquatics as they had the cables I needed in stock and at an excellent price! Great to meet those guys and the farm section is beautiful. The new ware house is gonna be sweet as well. Thanks again for the tour fellas! I will definitely be going back when the time comes to fill the tank with live stock.

Thanks everyone! It is really starting to come together!

The one thing I have to do is catch the tile guy and make sure he does not set the tile where the drain pipe is. When we get into the house I’ll chip the floor to expose the drain and finish the tile.
